Tell-a-friend...

As a responsible web publisher, we have had to limit tell-a-friend messages on a time basis. Although this may be slightly inconvenient on some occasions - and we are grateful that you are so keen to tell others about what we've written - it is a necessary step to prevent abuse of the service by outsiders (such as opportunistic 'spammers').

For the same reason, we have also restricted the ability to include HTML code, e-mail addresses, and other web addresses in the message to be sent.
