How to use our text-search facility...

 
The search facility returns relevant lists of our news articles, news briefs, feature articles, and book reviews. When you've found something, you can also have the results e-mailed to you for future reference.

Using quotation marks...
A search for consumer loyalty would return documents containing either the word consumer or the word loyalty.

Alternatively, a search for "consumer loyalty" (notice the quotation marks surrounding both words)) would return documents that contain the specific phrase consumer loyalty.

Using + and - symbols...
A search for consumer -loyalty would return documents that contain the word consumer but not the word loyalty.

A search for consumer +loyalty would return documents that contain the word loyalty, whether or not they contain the word consumer (in most cases, the word consumer could simply be left out of your search instead).
