Hilton hotels in the UK and Ireland are deploying an application to integrate customer service initiatives and share best practices.
Hilton International (the arm reponsible for the Hilton brand outside of the US) is deploying CorVu Corporation’s RapidScorecard system to help it improve customer service. The application, developed in partnership by CorVu and the American arm of Hilton worldwide, will initially be deployed by Hilton hotels in the UK and Ireland. Hilton managers will use RapidScorecard to improve customer service quality performance, compare their performance ratings with other hotels, and share best practices with other managers. By monitoring guest satisfaction, mystery guest customer ratings and staff questionnaires, Hilton aims to maintain its position within the hotel industry. RapidScorecard will retrieve Hilton’s Customer Service Performance data directly from their Guest Satisfaction Tracking System.
